Accounts Assistant
Job Summary
As the Accounts Assistant at The Makeover Guys, you will assist with all finance related matters for the group of companies. Your work will directly impact finance efficiency through general accounting transactions and bookkeeping. You will work in a hybrid arrangement closely with the Finance Manager and Senior Account Executive.
Responsibilities
- Perform general accounting and bookkeeping
- Process staff claims, petty cash, and invoices
- Prepare WHT filings and assist with audits
- Perform data entry and ad-hoc finance tasks
Required Skills
- 0 - 4 years of experience
- Background in data entry/accounting/finance
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus)

The Role: As the Accounts Assistant at The Makeover Guys, you will be assisting with all finance related matters for The Makeover Guys Group of Companies. Your work will directly impact the finance efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform all relevant general accounting transactions and bookkeeping
- Process staff claims, petty cash claims, and recording of corporate card transactions
- Process invoices accurately in accordance with company procedures
- Prepare and submit WHT filings in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist with the preparation for external audit
- Perform data entry tasks
- Perform ad-hoc and other finance initiatives
Working Arrangement:
- Hybrid.
- Work closely with our Finance Manager and Senior Account Executive.
Requirements:
- 0 - 4 years of experience
- Interest or background in data entry/accounting/finance
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus!
- Positive attitude paired with a desire for transparency and openness
- Team player with ability to support other team-mates as and when required
