You will help create and improve our recruitment and onboarding workflows, manage HR documentation with care, and support learning initiatives that make joining and staying at Mfinite Management simpler and more positive. You will work closely with HR colleagues, hiring managers, and external vendors to turn everyday HR tasks into dependable processes that scale as we grow. Your Growth & Impact - Develop hands-on recruitment skills by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews so you can own parts of the hiring cycle. - Improve onboarding experiences by organising orientation activities and tracking new hire progress to help colleagues settle in faster. - Maintain accurate HR records and documentation using our systems so you build strong data discipline and administrative confidence. - Support training and employee engagement efforts by helping run workshops and engagement activities, which broadens your exposure to learning and development. Requirements Qualifications & Experience - Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. - No prior HR experience required; we provide training and guidance so you can learn on the job. - Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months is preferred to ensure you gain meaningful exposure. - Interest in building a career in HR, recruitment, or people management within a financial services environment. Hard Skills & Knowledge - Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Word and Excel, and basic documentation tools. - Basic familiarity with applicant tracking concepts or willingness to learn HR systems and record keeping. - Able to create clear, professional documents and maintain organised spreadsheets for candidate and employee data. - Fluent in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage for candidate outreach. Soft Skills & Qualities - Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to speak to candidates and internal stakeholders. - Organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and follow up reliably on assignments. - Responsible and trustworthy when handling confidential employee and candidate information. - Proactive, positive attitude and eager to learn while working independently and as part of our team.
