Job Summary
ACO Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Platform Operations Intern to assist in managing user accounts, platform administration, and tier-1 user support. The role involves supporting reporting pipelines, data validation, and drafting technical documentation. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields with basic SQL and cloud familiarity.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration & Support: Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Monitor platform health, track system performance, and help troubleshoot routine IT or data integration issues. Handle tier-1 user support tickets, addressing stakeholder inquiries regarding platform navigation, report generation, and access issues.
Data & Reporting Operations: Support the maintenance of reporting pipelines, performing routine data validation and quality assurance (QA) checks.
Documentation & Governance: Draft, update, and organize standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and technical FAQs. Support compliance, security audits, and access reviews to protect sensitive multi-stakeholder data.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and assist in communicating platform updates and/or maintenance schedules to stakeholders.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Foundations: Familiarity with database concepts and basic SQL. Basic understanding of cloud platforms ([e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP]), SaaS administration, or IT service management tools ([e.g., Jira, ServiceNow]). Experience in cybersecurity and reporting tools are a strong plus.
Soft Skills & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (BM & BI) Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
