Job Details

Campaign Execution - Set up and launch campaigns on social and search platforms following briefed objectives and budgets. - Monitor performance daily and apply simple optimisations to improve click and conversion metrics. - Prepare concise campaign reports that highlight key metrics and next steps for the team. - Coordinate ad assets and copy with designers to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals. Audience & Content - Research target audiences and support simple audience segmentation for paid and organic efforts. - Draft short-form copy and support content calendars for social channels. - Upload assets, tag links, and maintain campaign creative libraries for easy reuse. - Assist with A/B tests on headlines, images, and calls to action and document results. Collaboration & Admin - Work with account leads to translate client briefs into clear execution plans and timelines. - Keep campaign trackers, budgets, and ad approvals organised and up to date. - Support client meetings with concise status updates and follow up on action items. - Help maintain marketing tools and simple dashboards used by the team for daily checks. Qualifications & Experience - Fresh graduates or candidates with around 0 years of professional experience in marketing or related fields. - Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar is preferred but not required. - Prior internships or project work in campaigns, social media, or sales support is a plus. - Eagerness to learn fast and adapt to client needs in a small agency setting. Hard Skills & Knowledge - Basic knowledge of Marketing, Sales, and Communication principles, with an interest in digital channels. - Familiarity with social platforms and ad managers such as Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads is preferred. - Comfortable using Google Sheets, simple reporting tools, and basic image tools for resizing assets. - Exposure to campaign tracking, UTM tagging, or simple analytics like Google Analytics will help you hit the ground running. Soft Skills & Qualities - Communicate clearly in writing and in brief client-facing updates, with attention to detail. - Work well with teammates, accept feedback, and follow through on tasks with ownership. - Organised and reliable with the ability to manage multiple small tasks and deadlines. - Curious mindset, willing to try new tools and run tests to learn what works.
