Sport Planet Warehouse Outlet is seeking a Sales Assistant for their Times Square location to greet customers, manage product displays, and handle transactions. The ideal candidate should have retail experience, good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and building good customer relationships.

Job Details
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Be well-informed about the promotions carried out by the company and ensure that all product prices are always updated. Understand customer needs and continuously strive to attract customers and build good relationships with them. Arrange promotional and sales areas according to the guidelines provided. Be responsible for taking care of the company’s assets in the store. Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, clean, and well-presented Handling customer transactions. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock. Maintain cleanliness in the sales area, fitting rooms, and storeroom. Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
Ability to commute: Able to reliably commute to Sungei Wang Plaza, Kuala Lumpur.
Experience: 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Language: Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Willingness to work: Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Customer Service: Friendly, approachable and comfortable interacting with customers.
