AI Trainer
Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Trainer to co-teach AI courses, support students during live sessions, and build internal AI automations. The role involves researching new AI tools and workflows to integrate into course materials while staying updated on industry developments. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Kuala Lumpur with occasional travel to Singapore.

Job Description:
- Co-teach AI courses alongside the lead trainer
- Support students during class with setup, troubleshooting and live demos
- Build and maintain internal AI automations
- R&D on new AI tools and workflows, and turn what works into course material
- Stay on top of the latest AI developments
- Test new models and methods
Work Arrangement:
This is a full-time, in-house role based at our office in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur. Classes are held at venues in KL, with occasional quarterly trips to Singapore.
Requirements:
- AI-first: you already use AI tools every day, for work and personal projects
- Has built automations or AI workflows that solve real problems
- Comfortable learning a new tool fast and explaining it simply to others
- Confident presenting in front of a room of 20+ people
- Can debug problems on the spot when a student's setup breaks
- Experience in teaching, training, workshops or content creation is a plus
- Bonus: a portfolio of AI projects you can show
- Bonus: background in design, marketing, film or creative production
- Professional proficiency in English. Mandarin is a plus
