Job Summary
An experienced Key Account Manager is needed to manage and expand strategic customer accounts across Oil & Gas, E&I, Engineering, EPC, and Industrial sectors. The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and promoting technical engineering solutions. The successful candidate will drive sales growth by collaborating closely with internal teams and delivering profitable commercial outcomes.

Job Details
Account Leadership
Own assigned strategic accounts and act as the single point of contact for customers, contractors, EPCs, consultants, and end users.
Build and sustain long-term relationships through regular site visits, technical meetings, and stakeholder presentations.
Develop clear account plans with revenue targets, priority opportunities, and customer-specific engagement activities.
Sales & Opportunity Growth
Identify new business within existing accounts and map upcoming projects, tenders, shutdowns, and maintenance needs.
Promote our E&I products, engineering solutions, technical services, and industrial offerings to win commercial opportunities.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tender submissions until contract award.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with a focus on profitable, sustainable wins.
Coordination & Delivery
Work closely with Engineering, Project, Procurement, and Operations to ensure customer requirements are translated into deliverable solutions.
Keep CRM and reporting systems up to date with accurate pipelines, forecasts, and customer records.
Support after-sales activities to maintain high customer satisfaction and help resolve technical or commercial issues.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform account strategy and product positioning.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, or Project Sales.
Experience in one or more of these sectors: Oil & Gas, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), Engineering, EPC / EPCIC, Industrial automation, Manufacturing, Energy / Utilities, or industrial products and services.
Existing relationships with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, engineering companies, or industrial customers is an advantage.
Hard Skills & Knowledge
Strong B2B sales and business development skills with a track record of meeting targets.
Ability to understand technical products and engineering solutions and translate them into commercial proposals.
Experience preparing quotations, tenders, commercial submissions, and sales forecasts using CRM or reporting tools.
Good negotiation skills and practical knowledge of commercial and contractual terms in engineering projects.
Soft Skills & Qualities
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills when engaging both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Commercially driven and focused on achieving measurable sales results.
Proactive, confident, and able to build new customer relationships independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Willing to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
