Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and track project timelines across multiple deliverables.
- Ensure asset readiness including correct versions, formats, naming, and approvals.
- Coordinate approved ads for media submission, ensuring all materials are final, accurate, and delivered on time for launch.
- Track approval status and media deadlines.
- Proofread content in English & Bahasa before client and media submission.
- Organise client feedback into clear, actionable tasks.
- Prepare meeting minutes, recaps, and follow-ups.
- Track task status using tools like Notion, ClickUp, Sheets.
- Attend shoots, support production days, track deliverables, and ensure shotlists and assets are covered.
- Use AI tools to summarise meetings, organise feedback, build trackers, and improve accuracy.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.
- Highly organised: values structure, checklists, and control.
- Detail-focused: able to catch mistakes before final submission.
- Comfortable with operations & coordination.
- AI-friendly: ChatGPT and similar tools are part of your workflow.
- Strong proficiency in English & Bahasa (written + spoken).
- Reliable, calm, and responsive in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Comfortable attending shoots and working with creatives, producers, and clients.
