Job Summary
Forest Interactive is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join their Big Data & Analytics department. The intern will assist in preparing financial reports, designing reporting templates, and revamping data visualization dashboards. This role offers hands-on experience in data operations and programming while contributing to the company's analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
- Design and develop reporting templates for product performance
- Assist in revamping data visualization dashboards
- Conduct market research and handle ad-hoc tasks
Required Skills
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0

Job Description
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly reports of financials of our group of companies.
- Work closely with Cross Functional team and ensure all the financial transactional records are updated
- Assist in designing and developing reporting templates to monitor the product/project performance.
- Assist in revamping data visualization dashboards by creating the mock-up.
- Conduct market research on product development and recent technology trends, if necessary.
- Understand financial markets, trends, and recent technology trends
- Assist in various other ad-hoc tasks, as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel – using formula functions, building charts and graphs, utilizing pivot tables (is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Words.
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Able to commit for at least three (3) to six (6) months
- Must be doing internship as a part of university requirement.
- CGPA: 3.0 and above
