Job Summary
As Store Operations & Customer Experience Lead, you will play a key role in daily store operations, maintaining high customer service standards, and executing tasks on the shop floor. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals looking to strengthen their expertise in retail operations and direct customer engagement. You will be responsible for everything from product preparation and sales to ensuring the store maintains excellent visual and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and POS
- Deliver professional customer service and recommendations
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and visual display standards
- Support inventory tracking and store opening/closing procedures

### Daily Execution & Ownership
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with stock receiving and basic inventory tracking.
- Identify and report operational issues.
- Follow and help improve store procedures (SOPs).
### Requirements
- Experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Comfortable taking responsibility on the shop floor.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Tamil is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organised.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Cheese or specialty food knowledge is not required; training will be provided.
- Open to candidates of all age groups.
