Key Responsibilities

- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and budget forecasts.
- Administrative Support: Maintain digital and physical filing systems and tax documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure transactions follow company policies and help prepare documentation for audits.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Experience with accounting software is preferred
- Mandarin is preferred
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with typical business hours, 8.00am – 5.00am, with 5 days per week.
