Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Service Crew Barista to prepare beverages and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, operating the POS system, maintaining outlet cleanliness, and managing inventory supplies. Candidates must be friendly, responsible, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards. Take customer orders and handle cashier/POS transactions. Provide friendly and efficient customer service. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet and workstations. Check and replenish ingredients, cups, packaging, and other supplies. Assist with stock receiving and basic inventory checking. Support outlet opening and closing activities. Promote current products and promotions to customers. Follow company SOP, food safety, and hygiene requirements. Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent. Experience in F&B, café, retail, or customer service is an advantage. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
