Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary
Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects while monitoring costs and preventing budget overruns. Measure and evaluate work done on-site and ensure compliance with contract terms and legal requirements. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management as needed.

Required Skills
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCad, MS words, Excel
- Able to work independently
Job Details

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Candidates with relevant work experience will have an added advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in relevant software : AutoCad, MS words, Excel
Able to work independently and efficiency with minimum supervision
