Digital Marketing Intern
Job Summary
Cacafly Malaysia is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join their team and gain hands-on experience in social media, content creation, and KOL marketing. The intern will assist in market research, digital campaign ideas, social media management, and influencer research. Candidates currently pursuing a relevant degree with a strong interest in digital marketing and bilingual communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist in market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Develop content ideas for digital campaigns and support implementation.
- Monitor social media channels, trending topics, and video editing.
- Research and identify potential KOLs and influencers for campaigns.
- Maintain influencer databases and project documents.
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and KOL marketing.
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a plus.
- Available for an internship of at least 3 months.

Assist in researching relevant industries, market trends, competitors, and periodically collecting useful market data and insights.

💡 Digital Content & Campaign Ideas / 数码内容与创意策划
Develop content ideas for digital campaigns based on data analysis and support the implementation of campaign activities.

📱 Social Media & Content Creation / 社交媒体与内容创作
Monitor social media channels, keep an eye on trending topics, and support content creation — including video production/editing and basic design work.
协助管理及观察社交媒体平台与热门趋势，并参与内容创作，包括影片拍摄/剪辑及基本设计工作。
🌟 KOL & Influencer Research / KOL与网红研究
Research and identify potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers across different industries for campaigns and collaborations.
研究并发掘不同领域具有潜力的 KOL及网红，协助品牌进行推广与合作。
📋 Influencer Database & Project Support / 网红资料库与项目支援
Assist in building and maintaining the influencer database, as well as preparing and organising campaign and project-related documents.

👥 Team Collaboration / 团队协作
Collaborate with Project Specialists and the Sales team to complete assigned tasks and support the smooth execution of projects.

🛠️ Ad-hoc Support / 其他任务
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor. If you have skills in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or other creative tools, that’s definitely a plus!

🎓 Are currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design, Media, or a related field.
正在修读市场营销、数字营销、商业、传播、大众传播、多媒体设计、媒体或相关科系的大专或大学生。
📱 Have a strong interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and influencer/KOL marketing.
对数字营销、社交媒体、内容创作及 KOL / 网红营销有浓厚兴趣。
💬 Have good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
具备良好的中英文沟通能力。
