Retail Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Assistant to join our team at PNB 118. The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting the pharmacist, and handling cashiering duties. Candidates will also be responsible for maintaining store presentation and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide good customer service and build relationships
- Assist pharmacist in dispensing and answer inquiries
- Handle cashiering for cash and card payments
- Assist in merchandising and maintain stock levels
- Maintain a clean and pleasant shopping environment
- Handle administrative work and ad hoc tasks
Required Skills
- Fresh graduates with diploma in pharmacy
- Related retail or pharmacy experience is an advantage
