Education Consultant

Key Responsibilities as Education Consultant: Counseling and assisting students to make good decisions to university. Develop and strengthen counseling services. Follow up on student status. Handle student and parent feedback, to maintain our service standards. Handling and conducting online and offline sales and marketing campaigns such as virtual recruitment events, presentations & etc. To raise awareness of the Edu4U brand. Requirements: Able to work at PJ Dataran Sunway ( 5 minutes walking distance from MRT Surian). A Diploma/Degree or relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Able to read, write and converse in EN and CN; Proficient in BM will be a plus (Optional). Able to work independently & handle tasks with minimal supervision. Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing as required by the role. Good interpersonal skills, able to interact and collaborate with different stakeholder.
