IT Intern
Job Summary
This internship position focuses on providing IT support and system maintenance for employees. The intern will assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and resolving network-related problems. The role requires a candidate pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science with strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist employees who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services.
- Assist and support in manage, maintain, and repair IT systems include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Oversee and manage IT related assets.
- Assist and supporting processes for incidents, service requests, change requests and access requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
- Good analytical skills, able to troubleshoot or carry out system error investigation independently.
- Willing to work at Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya.
