Job Summary
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor Intern to support our team in providing pre- and post-contract services. The intern will help ensure projects are executed effectively regarding cost, quality, and time management while gaining hands-on experience. You will work under the guidance of seasoned QS professionals and contribute to active projects.

Job Details
Support activities including measurement, preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ), tender documentation, and tender evaluation processes.
Conduct on-site measurements, progress evaluations, and verify contractor claims, utilizing surveying and measurement techniques in practice.
Gather and present data for internal and client meetings, collaborating with project stakeholders like architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost-related matters are well-coordinated.
Furthermore, interns will also contribute to cost estimation development, which entails analyzing measurements and specifications, conducting cost analysis, and budgeting.
Gain familiarity with market rates for materials and labor and their impact on project costs.
