Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Service Crew member for a full-time position at Mixue Southville City. The role involves preparing drinks and ice cream, handling cashier duties, and delivering friendly customer service. Candidates must be 20 years old and above, responsible, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks, ice cream and MIXUE products according to SOP
- Take customer orders and handle cashier duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and working area
- Prepare ingredients and restock items when required
Required Skills
- Age 20 years old & above
- Able to work full time and shifts
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
- Good teamwork and positive working attitude

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM1,800/month
- Attendance Allowance
- Overtime (OT) Pay: Provided according to applicable OT rate
- Public Holiday Pay: Provided according to applicable public holiday rate
- EPF & SOCSO, EIS Contribution
- Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Job Description
- Prepare drinks, ice cream and other MIXUE products according to SOP
- Take customer orders and handle cashier duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and working area
- Prepare ingredients and restock items when required
- Follow food safety, hygiene and company SOP
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work together with team members during daily operations
