Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join our team at Vanda Exquisite Chinese Cuisine in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders using the POS system, and serve fine Chinese cuisine with high standards of etiquette. Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and provide menu recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Serve food and beverages following service etiquette
- Assist with table setups, cleanliness, and turnover
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with bill payments
Required Skills
- Passion for the F&B industry and customer service
- Relevant F&B experience preferred (fresh candidates welcome)
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Good communication in Mandarin and English
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

- Warmly welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed menu recommendations to elevate the dining experience.
- Efficiently take food and beverage orders using the POS system and communicate dietary preferences accurately to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring high standards of fine/exquisite Chinese cuisine service etiquette.
- Assist with table setups, side station prep, dining room cleanliness, and prompt table turnover.
- Handle customer inquiries, assist with bill payments, and deliver attentive, hospitable service to resolve minor customer concerns proactively.
