Job Summary
The IT Executive is responsible for supporting data analysis tasks, generating management reports, and maintaining company IT systems. The role involves assisting in troubleshooting hardware and software issues while ensuring smooth daily IT operations for both HQ and outlets. Candidates should possess a strong analytical mindset and a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer systems.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of AI prompting tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Foundational understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
