Regulatory Intern
Job Summary
KOTRA PHARMA is seeking an Internship Regulatory Administrator to assist in preparing documents for new product registration and managing product licenses. The intern will help apply for various certificates, maintain regulatory files, and coordinate product analysis. Candidates must be pursuing or holding a relevant Science degree and be available for at least 10 weeks in Melaka.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing product registration documents locally and overseas
- Manage renewal and amendment of product licenses with regulatory authorities
- Apply for Health, CPP, and Halal certificates
- Maintain regulatory files and follow up on correspondences
- Coordinate product analysis with external laboratories
Required Skills
- Pursuing/completed Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Nutrition or related
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Meticulous, organized, and eager to learn
Job Details
Assist in the preparation of documents for new product registration (local & overseas). Assist in the renewal and amendment of product licenses with NPRA and overseas regulatory authorities. Assist in the application for certificates such as Health Certificate, Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP), and Halal Certificate. Assist to follow up on regulatory correspondences and maintain proper filing of all regulatory documents. Assist in coordinating product analysis with external accredited laboratories for registration purposes. To keep updated on the latest regulatory requirements and support the team in regulatory alerts.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing / Completed a Degree in Pharmacy, Applied Science, Science, Nutrition, or any related Science discipline.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Meticulous, organized, and eager to learn.
- Internship Duration: minimum 10 weeks
- Able to be based in Melaka.
