Retail Assistant
Job Summary
Retail Assistants are responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing daily store operations. Key duties include processing payments, maintaining product merchandising, and keeping the outlet clean and organized. This role is open to SPM holders and fresh graduates with a willingness to interact with customers.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide good customer service to customers.
- Willing to interact with customers, answer customer inquiries, and build relationships.
- Cashiering: being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Assist in merchandising products and always maintain complete stock levels.
- Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in the outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well-organized display.
- Handle administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
