Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and brand standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, inventory levels, and labour costs.
- Analyse sales and operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure consistent merchandising, product layout, and brand presentation.
- Handle escalated operational and customer issues.
- Prepare performance and sales reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail management or multi-store operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willing to travel frequently between outlets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
