Project Manager

Project Planning & Delivery Lead projects from project award through to completion and final acceptance. Develop and manage project schedules, work plans, milestones, and delivery timelines. Monitor project progress and ensure project milestones are achieved. Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate deployment activities across multiple sites and locations. Subcontractor & Vendor Management Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors, installers, vendors, and deployment partners. Coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities to ensure work is completed according to project requirements and timelines. Track subcontractor progress, deliverables, issues, and performance. Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, logistics, finance, and support teams to ensure smooth project execution. Stakeholder & Customer Coordination Liaise with customers, vendors, subcontractors, consultants, authorities, and other project stakeholders. Conduct project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and regular project reviews. Provide updates on project progress, issues, risks, and required actions. Escalate critical issues and coordinate corrective actions when required. Budget & Cost Management Prepare and monitor project budgets and expenditures. Track project costs and ensure spending remains within the approved budget. Monitor subcontractor costs, purchase requests, and project-related expenses. Support project financial reporting and ensure proper documentation for project expenditures. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project reports. Maintain accurate project schedules, progress updates, risk registers, meeting minutes, and project records. Prepare project documentation required for customer and authority submissions. Coordinate and compile supporting documents for project claims, budget reporting, progress reporting, and project acceptance. Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeline. Prepare project closure reports and lessons-learned documentation. Site Deployment & Implementation Oversee site survey, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Coordinate site access, permits, landlord approvals, utility requirements, and other site-related matters. Monitor site readiness before deployment activities begin. Ensure deployment activities are completed according to project specifications and quality requirements. Risk, Quality & Compliance Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans. Monitor project quality and ensure work complies with project specifications and industry standards. Ensure proper testing, acceptance, and handover procedures are followed. Ensure project activities comply with relevant HSE requirements. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in telecommunications, wireless broadband, ICT infrastructure, or network deployment. Experience managing multi-site telecommunications deployment projects. Experience coordinating and managing subcontractors, vendors, and external deployment teams. Strong experience in project reporting, documentation, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination. Proven ability to manage projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
