Job Summary
Join Goh Office Supplies as an Internship Human Resources Generalist to support people operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Responsibilities
Talent & Onboarding
- Recruitment support: You will post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Onboarding & contracts: You will prepare employment letters, collect new hire documents, and run orientation to ensure smooth starts.
HR Operations
- Employee records & privacy: You will maintain accurate digital and physical personnel files and uphold strict confidentiality.
- Time, leave & payroll prep: You will track daily attendance, manage medical and annual leave balances, and compile timesheets, overtime, and expense claims for monthly payroll.
Office & Vendor Management
- Supplies & assets: You will monitor inventory and place orders for stationery, pantry items, and equipment as needed.
- Vendor coordination: You will liaise with building management, cleaning services, and IT or equipment repair vendors to keep the office running.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience level: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Hard Skills & Knowledge
- Languages: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus or acceptable as an additional language.
- IT skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office for daily HR and admin tasks.
Soft Skills & Qualities
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills so you can liaise with candidates and colleagues clearly.
