Retail Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, cleanliness, product display, and cash handling. Team Supervision: Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets, maintain service quality, and ensure teamwork. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers, resolve issues professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction. Sales & Performance: Monitor sales performance, track daily targets, and support the team in achieving store goals. Product & Inventory Management: Ensure product quality, manage stock levels, coordinate with warehouse or supply chain teams for replenishment, and minimize wastage. SOP & Compliance: Ensure all company policies, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed. Training & Development: Guide and train new staff on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service standards. Reporting: Prepare basic daily sales and inventory reports, and update the Retail Manager on store performance and issues. Store Promotion: Support in-store marketing activities and seasonal campaigns to attract customers and boost sales. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Business, Retail, or related field. At least 2–4 years of retail experience, preferably in F&B or fresh produce industry. Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle operational challenges. Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules. Passionate about delivering a high-quality durian retail experience.
