We are seeking a Retail Assistant to join our outlet in Damansara. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, handling cashiering duties, and assisting with product merchandising. Ideal candidates should be SPM holders or diploma graduates ready to maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide good customer service and build relationships
- Handle cashiering duties for cash and card payments
- Assist in product merchandising and stock maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
- Handle administrative work and ad hoc tasks
Required Skills
- SPM level or fresh graduate in any diploma course
- Customer service orientation
- Basic cashiering skills
- Related retail experience is an advantage
Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide good customers service to customers
- Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship
- Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level
- Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display
- Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
