Senior Finance Executive

Lead and take full ownership of the end-to-end month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports. Oversee daily financial transactions, general ledger operations, and financial module administration utilizing Kingdee ERP software. Serve as the main point of contact to liaise directly with external auditors and tax agents to resolve queries and ensure full statutory compliance. Work closely with the regional HQ and China-based finance teams to align financial reporting, cross-border reconciliations, and group accounting policies. Monitor daily cash flow management, oversee budget variance analysis, and enforce strong internal financial controls to protect company assets. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; holding a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on full-set accounting experience, including direct exposure to managing external audit liaisons and complex tax filing processes. Hands-on experience with Kingdee ERP accounting software. In-depth technical knowledge of local statutory accounting principles, GAAP, and taxation rules. Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Chinese cross-border teams and software interfaces.
