Job Summary

Promab Legacy Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Human Resources professional to manage HR functions and oversee company operations. Location: Mr. Absorber Ampang & Kuala Lumpur Qualifications & Requirements: - Able to start immediately will be an added advantage. - Malaysian Only (25-35 years old) - Minimum SPM - Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources or Business Development. - Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. - Good knowledge and understanding of employee performance management and quality monitoring. - Able to work independently and effectively manage employees and daily operations. - Language: English (Preferred), Bahasa (Preferred) Benefit Scheme: - Salary paid at the beginning of every month - Attendance Allowance - Overtime claim - Sales Commission - Annual/Monthly Performance Bonus - Annual Salary Increment - Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate - Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month Job Scope: - Responsible for managing and overseeing all Human Resources (HR) functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, placement and employee management. - Oversee company operations to ensure smooth daily activities and compliance with company procedures and policies. - Provide support to management in areas such as performance management, employee development and operational improvements. - Plan and implement strategies to improve employee performance, productivity and the overall growth of the company and its employees. - Monitor employee performance and identify training, development and performance improvement needs. - Assist management in strategic planning and ensure the company’s objectives are achieved effectively.
