Job Summary
BON Estates is seeking an on-site Content Creator and Photo & Video Editor Intern to capture and create visual content during property handovers (Vacant Possession). The intern will edit photos and short-form videos for social media and marketing while gaining hands-on multimedia experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to memorable homeowner milestones and document real-world property development events.

Required Skills
- Pursuing degree in Multimedia, Photography or related field
- Basic photography and video editing skills
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva
- Creative eye for storytelling

What You'll Do
- Capture photos and videos throughout the homeowner handover journey during VP.
- Support in creation of engaging visual content for social media, marketing, and corporate communications.
- Edit photos and short-form videos for digital platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing content ideas that showcase the customer experience.
- Organise and maintain digital media files.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Videography, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Creative Media, or a related field.
- Has basic photography, videography, and video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools are a plus).
- Punctual, dependable, and committed, with a serious approach to work and responsibilities.
- Has a creative eye for storytelling and visual content.
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to work on-site during VP activities.
- Owns a portfolio or sample work (preferred but not mandatory).
