Job Summary
Handle a full set of accounts, monthly financial reports, and maintain accurate financial records. Support HR and payroll administration including statutory compliance, onboarding, and insurance. Coordinate office administration, procurement, shipping matters, and facility maintenance.

Required Skills
- LCCI, Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Details
Handle full set of accounts, prepare monthly financial and sales reports, and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support HR and payroll administration including attendance, leave management, employee onboarding, payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and e-Invoicing).
Manage employee insurance, staff claims, reimbursements and employee welfare matters in accordance with company policies.
Coordinate office administration including procurement, monitoring operating expenses, travel arrangements, office and warehouse rental matters, and related documentation.
Handle company and customer shipping matters, ensure timely renewal of licences and insurance, and coordinate office facility maintenance to support smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum LCCI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts, HR & Administration or similar role.
- Knowledge of Malaysian payroll processes and statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and e-Invoicing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, integrity and accountability when handling confidential and sensitive information.
