Job Summary
This role involves delivering excellent customer sales service, product demonstrations, and maintaining store standards at Mi Store / iTworld / Gloo. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, ensuring stock accuracy, and performing daily operational tasks. Candidates must have a customer service focus along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs.
- Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Achieve sales target and ensure outlet stock accuracy.
- Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc.
- Comply to company policies and standard operation procedures.
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in retail sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Customer service focus.
- Friendly, self-motivated, confident and sales driven.
- Basic administration skills.
- Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent.
