HVAC Project Intern

Manage and supervise site installation teams to ensure smooth execution of HVAC works. Coordinate day-to-day site activities and resolve any technical or installation issues on-site. Prepare quantity take-off, material request lists (MRL), and ensure timely material supply to support progress. Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure completion within timeline and budget. Control project cost and minimize wastage throughout the construction phase. Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and other trades for project-related matters. Review and interpret HVAC drawings, specifications, and design documents. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation. Ensure all work comply with company standards, safety requirements, and local regulations. Support project testing, commissioning, and successful handover stages. Requirements Qualifications & Responsibilities: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, HVAC, or related field. Fresh graduates encouraged; training and guidance provided. For experienced candidates: 1–3 years' experience in HVAC / ACMV / M&E installation or project coordination. Possess a valid CIDB Green Card; familiarity with Malaysian construction standards and safety practices. BEM registration is an advantage. Strong technical understanding of air-conditioning, ventilation, chilled water, and piping systems. Able to read construction drawings and perform quantity/material take-offs. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience with HVAC design or BIM software is an advantage. Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills; able to work independently and coordinate site activities under minimal supervision. Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
