Job Summary
Join M Craft Solution as an Accounts Executive to manage full set of accounts and support finance operations. You will handle financial reporting, tax, payroll, and audit activities within the team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with relevant experience in accounting.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
- Prepare financial and management reports
- Process payroll and tax submissions
- Support audit and month-end closing
Required Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
Job Details
About the Role Base Salary: RM4,500 and above (Based on experience) Experience: At Least 5 Years Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:15pm Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave and Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation
- Prepare accounting schedules, financial and management reports
- Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing
- Handle tax submissions and related matters
- Process payroll and statutory contributions
- Assist with audit requirements and documentation
- Maintain accurate accounting records and filing
- Support improvements to accounting processes and other finance-related tasks
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience handling full set of accounts is an advantage
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian tax/statutory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SQL Accounting & SQL Payroll
- Strong attention to detail, organised and able to meet deadlines
- Independent, responsible, proactive and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
