Job Summary
MM Century is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee plant and e-waste operations, inventory management, and facility maintenance. Job Details
Plant & E-Waste Operations: Supervise the dismantling, segregation, and grading of scrap metals and electronic materials, ensuring secure data destruction, hazardous e-waste handling, and strict customer confidentiality.
Warehouse & Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, oversee incoming/outgoing shipments, witness high-value cargo weighing, and safely operate forklifts and machinery.
Sales & Customer Coordination: Prepare essential operational documents (quotations, invoices, DOs) and collaborate with sales and clients by providing accurate inventory data, photos, and project updates.
Facility & Fleet Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance for plant machinery, forklifts, and building utilities, while monitoring fleet metrics and analyzing utility consumption for conservation strategies.
HSE & Compliance Enforcement: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental protocols (PPE, machinery guards), maintain an accident-free facility, and report any IMS/regulatory incidents promptly.
Administration & Team Leadership: Lead and allocate daily tasks to general workers, manage HRIS records (attendance, onboarding), source vendor quotes, and control documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and audit standards.
Requirements Qualifications & Added Advantage:
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in warehouse operations or project coordination.
- Experience leading a warehouse or operations team is an advantage.
- Familiar with ERP / inventory systems (similar system preferred).
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Understanding of waste management, recycling and related fields.
