Job Summary
VoxEureka is seeking a People & Culture (HR) Intern for a 3–6 month internship in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. The role involves hands-on experience in employee engagement, recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations within a fast-paced agency environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about HR, company culture, and creating meaningful workplace experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support and organize company events and team-building activities
- Assist in job postings, recruitment, and candidate outreach
- Help manage onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations
- Maintain office supplies and assist in daily workplace operations

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Support and organize company-wide events (town halls, festive celebrations, team-building activities, volunteering programs).
- Assist in executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and motivated work environment.
- Assist in job postings, candidate outreach, and interview coordination.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts across LinkedIn and job platforms.
- Help coordinate learning & development programs and track employee growth initiatives.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth experiences for new and exiting employees.
- Manage office supplies, pantry stocking, and workspace organization.
- Support day-to-day operations to keep the workplace running smoothly.
- Assist in reviewing and refining SOPs to streamline workflows and create easy-to-follow guides.
- Maintain checklists and handle administrative duties (data entry, document organization, scheduling) and ad-hoc HR & operations projects as needed.
Qualifications / What we are looking for:
- Passion for people & culture, HR, recruitment, or employer branding.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with an interest in process improvement and workplace efficiency.
- Preferred (not mandatory): students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Other details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm (In-Office).
- Allowance: RM1,000 per month.
