Recruitment Consultant

Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned clients, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., job boards, social media, and databases) to identify and attract top talent for client positions. Research and analyze industry trends to provide clients with insights on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs, organizational culture, and business goals, ensuring tailored solutions. Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment consultants, sharing best practices and helping to develop their skills in candidate sourcing and client management. Requirements Proven at least 1 year of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. Proficient in full cycle recruiting with a variety of interview techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
