Retail Assistant

Responsibilities: - Have knowledge and be passionate about the products/services offered - Achieve personal sales target and contribute to the achievement of the outlet target - Provide positive customer experience by addressing customer enquiries, and recommending potential products and services depending on their needs - Support the implementation of appropriate customer service channels and solutions for managing customers’ concerns - Effectively execute any outlet promotions to increase sales revenue and customer experience - Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs - Prepare sales and service reports for the outlet as required by the outlet manager - Participate, prepare and carry out daily opening/closing as well as stock take according to SOPs as required - Participate in ad-hoc roadshows and events to ensure successful sell-out target achievement - Ensure cleanliness of the outlet and maintain proper display of the retail fixtures and demo units - Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time Requirements: - Fresh graduates / school leavers are also welcome to apply. - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
