Job Summary
Infant Forest is looking for a hands-on Content Creator to manage and execute content across social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The role focuses on end-to-end short-form video creation to support growing brand campaigns and product launches. Candidates will handle everything from idea planning to shooting and editing while staying updated on social media trends.
Responsibilities
- Create, shoot, and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram
- Manage end-to-end content creation from planning to publishing
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and product launches
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of content creation experience or fresh graduates
- Proficiency in short-form video editing tools like CapCut
- Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends

Key Responsibilities
- Create, shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram and other social media
- Handle end-to-end content creation, from idea planning to shooting and editing
- Assist in planning and executing content ideas based on brand and campaign needs
- Manage and publish content across social media platforms
- Support product launches, store promotions, events and marketing campaigns with video content
- Edit videos and visual content in line with brand guidelines
- Stay updated on social media trends and adapt them creatively for the brand
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of content creation experience
- Able to shoot and edit short-form videos independently
- Familiar with TikTok and Instagram Reels formats and trends
- Basic proficiency in video editing tools (e.g. CapCut)
- Creative, proactive and open to feedback
- Able to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Portfolio or sample works is required
