Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers, share IT gadget information, and achieve sales targets. The role involves daily operations such as sales reporting and stock-taking in Penang. Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs
- Be passionate to share IT gadget information and provide exceptional customer service to every customers
- Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers
- Achieve sales target as expected
- Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc
