Sales and Service Engineer
Job Summary
The Sales and Service Engineer provides technical support, machine maintenance, and advisory services to clients. You will be responsible for commissioning CNC machinery, troubleshooting breakdowns, and training customers on machine operations. Additionally, the role involves building strong client relationships and collaborating with the sales team to meet performance targets.

Required Skills
- CNC programming and technical drawing interpretation
- Experience with CNC milling and turning lathes

- 4-5 years of relevant CNC experience
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support and advise to customers on operating and maintain the machines.
- Built and maintain relationship with existing clients, distributors and dealers.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Setup and Commission CNC Mill, CNC Turn machines at customer’s place.
- Able to perform CNC programming and interpret technical drawing.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdown.
- Training customers on how to use machines.
- To fulfil and achieve the ad-hoc duties duly assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or any technical qualification in Precision Machining or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years of CNC Machine working experience.
- Able to operate both CNC milling and turning lathe machines.
- Candidate must be fluent in English, in order to communicate with oversea customers.
