Accountant
Job Summary
The Accountant will handle daily financial operations, including Accounts Payable/Receivable and bank reconciliation. You will be responsible for preparing accounting documents and assisting with monthly closing and audit preparation. The role requires the use of SQL Accounting System and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and data entry
- Manage AP/AR and cash flow
- Prepare financial reports and audit docs

- Manage full set accounts
Required Skills
- SQL Accounting System proficiency
- Basic accounting principles knowledge
- Mandarin speaking (advantageous)

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting tasks and data entry accurately and efficiently
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts, and other accounting documents
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor company cash flow
- Maintain proper accounting records, documentation, and filing system
- Assist in monthly closing, financial reports, and audit preparation
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding payment matters
- Handle full set accounts independently
- Use SQL Accounting System for daily accounting operations
Requirements:
- Able to speak Mandarin is advantage
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge or experience in SQL Accounting System
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude with good communication and teamwork skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with relevant working experience are preferred
