Interior Designer

Your Role With Us: As part of our design team, you will be involved in the full design journey — from meeting clients and understanding their needs, to developing design concepts and supporting projects through execution. This is a hands-on role where your ideas, effort, and growth truly matter. What You’ll Do: - Meet clients and understand their lifestyle, preferences, and project goals - Present design ideas and support the closing of design proposals - Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and 3D visuals - Prepare drawings, presentations, and material selections - Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal team members - Attend site visits and assist with site coordination - Build long-term relationships with clients through good communication Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field - Fresh graduates are welcome, training will be provided - Experienced candidates will be considered for Junior or Senior positions - Passion for design, learning, and improvement - Good communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or design software is an advantage - Comfortable meeting clients and going to site - Own transportation is required Benefits: - Real projects, real clients, real experience - Supportive team that believes in learning and growth - Mentorship from experienced designers - Salary + commission / performance incentives - Opportunities for training and career development - Positive, respectful, and friendly working culture - Team bonding, celebrations, and shared successes
