Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s premium standards. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, to foster loyalty and repeat purchases. - Drive sales to achieve individual and store KPIs, using product knowledge to make tailored recommendations. - Assist in maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring the presentation aligns with brand guidelines. - Support store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness. - Mentor and guide junior staff members to develop their skills and uphold service excellence. - Handle escalated customer queries and ensure effective problem resolution. - Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to enhance client interactions. Qualifications: - Preferred to have a background in the apparel Industry. - Proven experience in premium retail, preferably in a Senior Sales Associate or similar role. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach. - Proficiency in English is compulsory to engage effectively with customers. - Strong understanding of premium apparel, market trends, and clientele techniques. - Team-oriented with the ability to mentor and support junior staff members. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual and operational standards. - Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
