E-Commerce Executive
Job Summary
The Wine Hub is looking for an Online Sales / E-Commerce Executive to handle customer inquiries, WhatsApp consultations, and e-commerce order management. The position requires strong communication skills, digital literacy, and proficiency in both English and Chinese. Successful candidates will enjoy a 5-day work week with an attractive base salary and uncapped commission structure.

Job Details
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (5-Day Work Week)
Office Location: Setapak, KL
Age Preference: 25 – 35 years old (Male / Female welcome)

Requirements & General Requirements:
- Must possess own transport
- Strong written & spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Proactive, independent, and enthusiastic about the beverage industry
- Strong written communication skills, customer-oriented, and digitally savvy
- Passion for wine, spirits, or beer
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Average Monthly Income: RM 6,000 – RM 20,000+ (Uncapped commission!)
- Basic Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 + Commission
- Incentives: Personal Incentive + Group Incentive
