The Fit Out Executive is responsible for strategizing and coordinating fit-out works for new outlet openings, renovations, and maintenance. This role involves conducting comprehensive pre-opening reviews to ensure business standards are met before launch. Additionally, the position requires regular site visits to monitor renovation progress and ensure quality alignment.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Strategize the guideline in fit-out works for the new outlet opening, renovation or maintenance for the outlet.
- Performs hands-on, fit-out coordination works to ensure smooth outlet development process.
- Conduct a comprehensive pre-opening review which ensure the outlets are ready to be fully prepared for opening and alignment with business standards before signed off for the final launch.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess the renovation progress, ensuring that the work meets the specified quality standards and aligns with the requirements outlined.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
