Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Recruitment Intern to learn and grow with our team in Petaling Jaya. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates while partnering with consultants to understand client hiring needs. This in-office internship offers allowance, pantry perks, and a casual work environment.

Job Details
What You’ll Do:
- Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for qualification, culture fit, and job match
- Partner with consultants to understand client hiring needs and job scopes
- Prepare job descriptions, candidate profiles, and documentation
- Research companies, industries, and competitors to support recruitment strategy
- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
- Assist with interview coordination, offer processes, and onboarding
- Help build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices
Requirements What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in English & BM (Mandarin is a bonus!)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Willing to travel to our PJ office
- Interested in HR, recruitment, or people-focused work
