Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and support business growth. The role involves overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Chinese and have a strong background in human resources management.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

- Mandarin proficiency required

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters
- Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and KPI tracking
- Handle compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and company culture development
- Support training and development programmes for staff growth
- Manage HR administrative functions and maintain accurate employee records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
Good to Have:
- Experience in fast-growing or multi-outlet environments
- Background in relevant industry
- Mandarin proficiency (for Mandarin-speaking workforce)
- Experience in employer branding and talent retention strategies
