The D&D Internship Program sponsorship includes paid cash allowances [for full completion of project days], on-the-job training, and a fully sponsored International Leadership Development Program Certificate from Stellar SparX International. Business Consulting/ Research Analyst [Project Team] Internship: Business Research, Analysis, Problem-solving & Solutions design, Business presentation, workshop/ events and reports. (Students/ Graduates from Engineering, Science, Arts, Technology, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, International Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or any related discipline) OR 2. MarComms and Events [Project Team] Internship: Business Conferences, Corporate Events planning, coordination to execution, Business and Marketing Collaterals, Market Research & Analysis, and Social Media Campaigns. Copywriting, Ads & Analytics. (Students/ Graduates from Linguistics, Media, Communications, Multimedia Design, Arts & Graphics, Marketing, Business or any related discipline) OR 3. Human Capital [Project Team] Internship: Recruitment - pre to post-screenings, interviews, and administration; Learning and Development - learning materials preparation, post-learning reports; Liaising, and coordination with HRDCorp, employees, and stakeholders. Assist with clients' sessions. (Students/ Graduates from Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or any business-related disciplines) Applications are open to all local and international students; graduating or graduated/ postgraduates/ undergraduates/ diploma/ SPM leaver students of all levels, students that are keen to search for some practical experiences with hands-on exposure entering into the corporate workforce/ whilst studying or during your semester break; or students who need to fulfill their university industrial internship requirements. Mode: This is a Paid Project-based "Develop Skills & Deliver Results" Program, with a minimum fulfillment time of 75 business working days. Depending on the opted type of Internship Program, it can be a Full time (5 days per week) or part time 4 days per week. International Certificate Program will be at applicants' own allocated learning hours, but with a minimum fulfilment time of a predetermined number of business working days in total. Office Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur [about 5-7 mins walk from nearest train station]; & sometimes we'd be working from the client's office or where the event is held.
